| Return Policies |
| On returns, we reserve the right to accept or reject any instrument from overseas or domestic shipments due to tampering of any kind including Customs examination. Please do not tamper with or take apart your microscope. Binocular alignment is guaranteed for only 24 hours after receipt of binoculars. All claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt. After 24 hours there is no guarantee on any of our instruments. An authorized Returned Merchandise Number will be needed for all returns, please contact Advance Optical for this authorized RM number before you return any instrument. If an instrument is returned without an RM number it will not be accepted. On items returned we will charge a one time restocking fee of $20.00. |
